With spring officially sprung, it seemed only right to celebrate the season with Botanical Fibres!
Emma uses natural dyes for all her work, and this month she created an exclusive colourway made from logwood and coreopsis flower on fantastic 100% Peruvian wool dk yarn. Between the gorgeous contrast in the colours, and sturdiness of the yarn, this yarn was meant to be a bag.
The body is worked flat in garter, which is great for both easy mindless knitting, and watching the magic of colour pooling. The bag is then seamed, finished off with a quick trim, and then it’s good to go!
And in keeping with the season, we can celebrate April showers in style with a gorgeous set of stitch markers from the Firefly Notes!
