With gifting season in full swing, it only seemed right to have this project complement your to-do list instead of detracting from it. So this month we’re making a gift bag! This bag uses the theory of Elizabeth Zimmerman’s pi shawl to create a perfect circle that lays flat, then pulls up into a bag. Outside of gifting season, it’s perfect for single skein WIPs, makeup, or other small personal items.
I’m so pleased with how the pattern turned out, but what really makes this bag special is the yarn! This gorgeous variegation was hand-dyed by the creative geniuses at Ancient Arts Fibre Craftsrts, on a soft and squishy sock base.
And for the final touch, a charming greeting card from local artist @LightSpirit_Creates!
