There’s a lot to love about January: days start getting longer, tons of snow, and it gets properly COLD. It’s the ideal time for deep winter knitted accessories.
In the spirit of the season, the yarn this month is a gorgeous superwash merino and nylon DK, hand-dyed by Smash Knits in a beautiful icy purple. The generous yardage makes this perfect for all kinds of projects.
Amanda, the Indecisive Crafter, used the yarn to create the Snowtrack Mittens, designed to emulate the track patterns left by snow plows after a fresh snowfall. These mittens will keep your hands toast all winter long.
To complete the box, I added a matching snowflake soap from Nazakh Creations. This soap is handmade in Toronto with the best ingredients to keep your hands both clean and moisturized.
Box contains:
- 100g Smash Knits Superwash Merino
- Nazakh Creations.Soap (boxes will now receive a 2" gauge ruler instead of soap)
- Pattern card for Snowtrack Mittens
- Link to pdf pattern
** note, the Just the Yarn option comes with the skein of yarn , without the pattern or extra, vacuum sealed and sent letter mail.
